After more than twenty years in the industry, our Global Citrus Flavorist Ari Gastman is always exploring new ways to combine the best of his deep experience with fresh new ideas.
Understanding the direction of future trends is key for flavor development. Ari created Natural Orange Botanical Flavor for the Magical Botanical™ Collection after gleaning inspiration from a Firmenich Trenz® Walk in New York City. The Walk explored where trends are born, to investigate and identify unusual experimentation and to apply those learnings toward building better taste experiences for our customers.
