For example, working closely with our strategic partner in Madagascar we’ve sourced the world’s first Rainforest Alliance Certified™ vanilla beans - and today our palette comprises both Organic and Fair Trade extracts and flavors.
We have a fundamental understanding of the fragility of vanilla ecosystems and their surrounding communities – which is why we are dedicated to working with local suppliers at source to ensure 100% traceability.
This is complemented by the most advanced methods for vanilla curing and extraction. which gives us greater control – and the ability to produce a wide variety of high-quality extracts and flavor profiles. All our beans are processed in the United States and Europe, and 100% of our vanilla extracts are produced at our own extraction sites to secure quality and traceability.
