Ana Laura Valdes is a Principal Flavorist and a native to Mexico. She drew inspiration from her homeland when creating “Fantasy Flavor” by imagining an original and all-natural taste for the Flavor of the Year Magical Botanical™ Collection.
"Mexico is full of rich colors everywhere – from the landscapes to the fresh fruits and vibrant flowers. Being surrounded by this natural beauty brings a joyful energy that I wanted to capture in my Magical Botanical Flavor “Fantasy.” I was inspired by the wonderful scents and tastes of the orange blossom and lavender that grew in my childhood backyard."
