What are premixes?
Our Premix solutions are convenient, custom-formulated uniform blends of multiple micronutrients that can be used to manufacture supplements or fortify foods without protracted processing.
We can also customize each premix with exact blends of vitamins and minerals to meet your beneficiaries’ specific needs and key deficiencies. For example, one premix containing vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, iron and zinc is used to fortify rice, and has been shown to have a positive impact on health and nutrition status.1
