A vitamina B3, também chamada de niacina, é uma das vitaminas B solúveis em água. O termo niacina se refere ao ácido nicotínico e à nicotinamida (também chamada de niacinamida). Esse nutriente ajuda o corpo a converter alimentos em glicose, usada para produzir energia.
