Vitamin B3 Übersicht

Vitamin B3, auch Niacin genannt, ist eines der wasserlöslichen B-Vitamine. Der Begriff Niacin bezieht sich auf Nicotinsäure und Nicotinamid (auch Niacinamid genannt). Multivitamin- und B-Komplex-Vitamininfusionen, Tabletten und Kapseln enthalten ebenfalls Nicotinamid.
