dsm-firmenich Announces New Vice President of Global Commercial in Biomedical Division

Robyn joined dsm-firmenich in 2020 as Director of Commercial Development taking responsibility for several key global accounts. Her work has included collaborating with top OEM's in the Orthopaedic and Cardiovascular space. She was quickly promoted to Senior Director of Commercial Development in North America, where she built and led the commercial sales team in the region, transforming the function and ultimately leading to significant revenue growth.

With over 20 years of medical device industry, she has worked for top organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Vascular, as well as Medtronic. Her experience has given her breadth across the industry including Cath Lab and OR Sales, partnering with National GPO's and IDN's, and strategizing with Executives in the OEM Market. In her last position, as Vice President of Global Business Development for Q Medical Devices, she transformed the sales model by developing processes, implementing critical enablement tools, driving strategy, recruiting, training, and coaching a world-class team of executive-level salespeople across the globe. These things allowed Robyn to effectively lead her team to achieve global double-digit growth.
