Vitamin B6, ein wasserlösliches Vitamin, kommt in drei verschiedenen natürlichen Formen vor: Pyridoxin, Pyridoxamin und Pyridoxal, die alle normalerweise in Lebensmitteln vorkommen. Dieser Nährstoff ist wichtig, da er dem Körper hilft, die Nahrung in Glukose umzuwandeln, die zur Energiegewinnung verwendet wird.
