Meet the guest:

Dr. Merlin Lindemann earned his B.S. and Ph.D. in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota. With a career spanning over 40 years, he taught at Virginia Tech before joining the University of Kentucky, where he currently serves as a professor. Dr. Lindemann has presented in over 35 countries on topics like folic acid in reproduction, aflatoxins, omega-3s, and mineral nutrition.
