David Dayhoff is the North America Sustainability Director for Animal Nutrition & Health at dsm-firmenich. With over two decades of experience, David specializes in sustainability, strategic business development, and international business. He holds an MA from Johns Hopkins and a BA from Princeton University. His expertise includes improving sustainability in agriculture and fostering global partnerships.

Sasha Duchnowski is a partner at Bain & Company, specializing in Energy & Natural Resources, Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility, and Strategy. With over 20 years at Bain, Sasha has advised clients on animal nutrition, protein production, crop production, and sustainable supply chain development. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Corporate Strategy and International Business from the University of Michigan.
